Alright, I've done a workaround patch for you. Made them more likely to spawn, and added the vendor list to Skeleton Doctors. So, Mongrel and the Deadlands should sell them too.

I think it should be ONLY on recipe, or worth like 50.000 cats, cause u need at least 16.000 cats or loot some labs to get 2 engineer research so you can finally research and build repair bed
