@Gogogo Golem TF2 was limited by source engine when it came out but now VALVE adds more detail to the game we never saw before. For example "mat_picmip -10" enables HD textures.

This is out of place with TF2's artstyle. Detail this high doesn't make sense for a game like this

Unfortunately this just feels wrong. The overly glossy and detailed bolt and also its trail look completely out of place on the model.

This won't look good on any of the common maps (e.g. Dustbowl, Badwater) - even the golden one.
