It can be your past addons, I know theres a addon that injects itself into every game you play later on and just follows u.. Uninstall that addon if u know which one it is and it should go away

It's not an event map, you're just scared of the source engine empty vibes.
Or maybe springtrap is really in the building with the other phantoms...
