If you download all the effects of the banana man's sky and water, plus the Thunderbolt mod, and then open the Hard rain, you will feel the unprecedented quality and atmosphere brought by the shock :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

As far as I know these strikes are used only in No mercy. Maybe some custom map could be using them as well, not sure.

It doesn't have any scripts, so if the server you're playing on can have addons, then it would work.
