This issue is specific to the Garry's Mod version. I'm not sure if this is a GMod specific issue or an issue inherited from multiplayer Source games as a whole.
The only fix I can think of would limit rotation of the 3rd and 4th fingers so idk what to do

Is it compatible with Citizens Extended Plus? Even if it doesn't improve citizen hands, having it work alongside it with other player models would be nice.
