Alright I gave both the Mjolnir and ODST suits notable upgrades on their cold insulation. Not *quite* as good as vacsuits, especially the ODST, but it should be significantly better than prior.

I noticed while using the Mjolnir armor in space I was getting hypothermia/cold on the regular compared to vac suits not at all

@Dylancd Item ID is HALO_UNSC_Mjolnir and then theres the one armor and helmet respectively

The ODST and Mjolnir armors are vaccuum rated to the same tier as vacsuits, Marine armor doesn't have any
