lol, when you shoot the gun holding down the trigger, your finger goes nuts. The finger pulls and releases the trigger for each shot.

you could import the animation recharge original codmw3 or create a similar, this would give more originality to the mod as you did in pkp, m1887 and ak-12

The shots are fired from directly BELOW the weapon's barrel. Anything else works just fine for me.

I do know there is CoD-style animations for AR-15 types, but it requires the gun have a foregrip to work properly. Look up ImBrokeRU's animation some time.

@Shallex i can port/rip guns but no anims. The one with the deagle ported by another modder to l4d2, not by me.

Truly disappointing that this doesn't use CoD animations. Sort of ruins the point of using it in my opinion.

Yeah I know, but sometimes, the host is clueless, and I end up just having to disable all my weapon huds temporarily, which is annoying. That's why I prefer modular HUD mods.

Have you ever thought of making the custom hud modular, ie, not include it with the mod but as a seperate add-on? I actually think this is a better practice, because this means the HUD can be disabled at will without tinkering with the VPK file itself. I actually think this is useful in the (admittedly not very common) circumstances in which a local server is being hosted, and the host forgot to disable server consistency, because otherwise, you'll get a kick for server consistency, as the VGUI requires tinkering with the weapon's script file.
