Well there is a addon where you can have Bill's hat seprate with the model of him.

But I just don't understand why there's not a prop or an add-on of Ellis' mechanic hat from L4D2 in Garry's Mod.
And I was wondering if you can make a prop of Ellis' mechainc hat.
