i wanted to reply in case someone might wonder why some greek states are in this mod. It might be obsolete but i believe its good if i say my reasoning behind them somewhere.
in other words, i only wanted to say it somewhere. Have it well now, yes friend? :P
I only want to say that the reason why some hellenic states are modified is because they are influenced by eastern kingdoms. Pontus have more eastern influence than Sparta or Athens. Pontus have more hellenic influence than Armenia or Parthia. I hope you catch my meaning, yes? Only so you know my reasoning for having them here.
If they have buildings to make these units, they will make them. If they have the buildings to make these units, you should occassionally be able to recruit what they have to offer.
This mod adds only new units, ONLY.
41 new units for 21 factions in the east. (most eastern factions recieve around 3-4 new units per average) for Grand Campaign and Imperator Augustus (there are unique units in both campaigns, example, Satrap's Companions can be seen only in Grand Campaign and Blue Cloaks can be seen only in Imperator Augustus)
4 new units for Gaetuli and Masaesyli (south west in africa, neighbour to Carthage) only in Grand Campaign.
The troops are balanced with vanilla (according to me at least lol) and no one is overpowered.
So to confirm what you are asking. No this mod doesn't add anything else but new units that both you and the AI will use.

I am as I said earlier still not done with this mod just yet.
Just want to remind people that I'm still very busy IRL and don't have time to pick up modding atm. But I check it from time to time to keep it updated.
After that update I might deal with adding garrisons with these new units!
It is distictly more compatable with other mods then "Playable Factions With Custom battle"

Because of this Mod I'm playing an eastern empire for first time.
I have the hellinized Immortals now thank you for fixing persia.
have not made lvl 4 maosoleum to get faceless yet.
The immortals its great that they have good armor and such high morale as to not run.
My only suggestion would be to up the melee attack some as it is much lower than I had expected for a unit that costs 1800+ (just my opinion but really loving your mod and that your active with it gj)

Faceless - Royal Maosoleum (Religion Temple 4), Cost: 3100 (around), Upkeep: 50, +++Strengths: Super Elite Swordsmen, Encourage, Extreme Morale, Very Low Upkeep, 60 man more than any other infantry unit. ---Weakness: Very Expensive Recruitment, Max 3, Hard to fill its recruitment requirement.

BTW "Master of Illusion"... sure, if your definition of "the world" is restricted to the Mediterranean littoral plus Gaul, Iberia and a portion of the British Isles. And even the Classical Greeks already recognised there was a fair bit more to it than *that*.
Satrap's Companion Melee Defence reduced, now recruitable only through Royal Palace (Level 4 Commercial Building, needs last technology in construction)

Median Infantry for Media and Media Atropatene (Imperator Augustus too) - Requires last siege technology Torsion Techniques. Replace Median Levy.
