It was really a first for me in experimenting with smaller details in a map (since race maps can only be so detailed). I'm open to criticism if you would like to explain why you think this is bad.

The "node graph out of date" usually occurs on any map that is AI noded. May I ask what your specs are? I can optimize the map further if it is too hard on certain computers.

thx showdonn i got this cause it lokks somewhat dank mlg like and not many maps are dank annd mlg so thx m8 for this because there needs to be more mg maps because theres only the addons on the workshop and only mlg models and weapon addons are on the workshop so once again thx m8

Cool. I particularly liked the soda river, but the glitch textures have to be my favourite due to being the finishing touch that brings surreal and realistic to together.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but the map was originally intended for use with a gamemode called MLGmod (hence the giant soda can and etc). So in a sense, there is MLG stuff.

There will be another map released along the lines of this one. This map was actually quite enjoyable creating since I was focused on a balance between realistic structure and then abstract aspects.

Right now I am actually working on another map right now that will focus on Combine encounters with the theme of each section becoming more abstract and surreal as you progress (you are locked into each section and only able to move on after defeating the assault). I'm hoping to make it as suitable for co-op and small groups as best I can.
I could also see about creating a gamemode for it to function as a co-op scoreattack gamemode that allows the host to alter enemy health, skill, starting weapons, etc before the map is started.

Simply put, I fucking love this map! It is not only original, but unique, well detailed, as well as fun to pose stuff in, it even has a "glitch" texture.

There have been surreal maps before, but this is the only map set in a broken holodeck. As such, I would like to request a sequel, or a small broken (as in not working at all) holodeck map.

I've been trying to see what I can do in terms of optimization for the map. It is a tad more difficult with the design since so much stuff in in the middle of the map. Toning down the rain and snow would help and on my list of optimization tweaks.

Also, it seems it isn't just Combine and civilians the jump nodes affect. Hope you don't mind zombie torsos that can leap up onto the roof to join you!

Holo Wreck now has AI nodes and Combine shouldn't get stuck (too often, depends on how many you spawn all at once). You can check the Changelog for details.
