I think it needs animation of sleeping in DST. So it's not easy to port it.

DST compatible? Since the other housing is not.

The different things from a tipi and a wigwam.
My opinion I think in game is a tipi. b/c a tipi covered by cloth , fur or animal skin.
A wigwam covered by leaves or branchs.

just leaving this here, that's not a tipi it is a wigwam, a tipi is a type of hut

if it required pig skin in addition it would be more balanced
