@NOBLE6. From what I read on the wiki, North Korean scientists created it under NK's top military advisors. Utilizing similar tech, the suit uses armored plates over the CryFibril nanofibers, indicating a more primitive alternative to provide protection. This variation is slightly nowhere near as good as the original, but you'd be a fool to discredit it. They effectively serve a 'shock trooper' role.
