Thanks @AngJK and seemingly so many others I know I've missed. I'm sorry for not being able to answer your questions @Perpendicul. I've honestly stopped working on mods for Torchlight II for the time being. All the mods I have made are just amateur pieced together compiles taken from other peoples' work. I do not really have any experience in modding, just adding mod files together (and not even really good at that either).
@FlippinFerrets Hmm. I'm sorry! I really don't know how to fix that. I believe that shouldn't be caused by this mod but another mod you might have installed. It MAY be one of my mods (Additional Classes) possibly getting in the way. I apologize for not having any reasonable fix for this. :(
- I want to sell it, and so I want my pet to carry it. <shift-LMB>
- This does NOT mean that I've lost all curiosity for the usefulness of items #2-14, now does it?
- When considering each item's value/relevance to my present character, I have great help from still seeing my char sheet. I could delay the transfer untill I've looked them all over, but why would I wanna go through them twice?
- So I tap C ~11 times before I'm through the pile, to bring up my stats
Why does most(?) prefere to watch the pet's inventory refurnished, square by square, in the same order as always?
What am I missing? Does the typical TL'er have a crush on his pet, savouring it's gracefully animated portrett, with dreamy eyes and accellerating pulse? And would'nt that distract him from the sorting of gear? ;-)
The real Q: Do YOU know a mod that fixes this?
Kudos again, Jk, for all the help!
1. Does anyone know what's up w the Paladin? In my creation screen, it's listed as a work in progress, and I think this was the case a couple of years ago, too. Thus, I'm sceptical to investing X hours, maybe finding it grossly broken. I doubt anyone will finish it (sob, I <3 pallies), so: Does it play ok, and feel balanced?
2. Now, to the greatest mystery in all of TL (to me); the pet inventory opening when you shift-click stuff there!?! I came up blank on a search for a mod fixing (ok, tweaking) this; what I DID find, in a changelog/discussion (possibly for SynergyMod?), was the author/modder flustered that he could NOT acheive that effect! What am I not getting?
Example: Reccurring scenario for me;
- I have just picked up 14 items (former owners no longer needs... well, anything).

Thank you so much for taking the time to adress my ranting of confusion. I'm especially grateful for the detailed load order list; good to start with a basis in something true and tested. Also thankful for the tips on mods, it's a jungle in here for any newcomer, really, and few guaranties that any given mod is (even remotely) balanced/Synergy-compatible/stable...
Here's what I did, btw, before seeing your answer:
I'm running
SynAll Add ex LP
Syn LowPop
SynergyMod
Classy Classes (obviously fully compatible)
Works like a charm; Classy (if you don't know of it) is highly recommended if you like tweaking and playing around with fun skill combos: It lets you choose skills from any core class for your character (I made an unbelievable engi-mage hybrid staff user, for instance).
I started out with Bigger Inventory in that list. Bad decision, as Synergy already tweaks the inventory. Confused the shared stash, and cost me some items, but none too precious.

- Far East Pack 1 OR Additional Classes: Stable and Balanced Edition (Some of the classes included here aren't all that stable, only those from Far East Pack 1 and a few others. Also you'll have to run this MOD along with FE Pack 2 as listed below)
- Far East Preview Pack 2 (DO NOT run this pack with both FE Pack 1 AND Add. Classes, only either one of them)
- The Preacher (pretty stable and versatile)
- The Double Agent (stable and versatile)
- The Dragon Prince (BoF inspired, very fun but with some ridiculous skill mana costs.
Btw here's my MOD load order that I've been enjoying thus far:
- The Preacher
- The Double Agent
- The Dragon Prince
- The Destroyer
- Synergies Addons Excluding LOWPOP
- Torchlight 2 Essential Synergies Compatible
- Synergies MOD
- Additional Classes
- Far East Preview Pack 2
That's all from me. Enjoy!

1. This is MOD is supposed to run EXCLUDING/WITHOUT the LOWPOP. There is another MOD by the same author with all the Synergies Addons INCLUDING the LOWPOP, but it's already abandoned(as it seems) since it's causing a lot of bugs.
2. I would suggest downloading the Synergies LOWPOP on its own, which is created by Salan(Synergies developer himself.
3. As mentioned in Ans. 1.
continued...
3. On my last (the aforementioned "Conan the invisible magical steel clad untouchable") Berserker) go, load order was:
- EyefTrouble
- Doubl t pts
- Tiered Passv
- SynLowPop
- Synergy
Any comments/suggestions? Ideas why (whether) LowPop don't work? Or is LowPop short f "low population admittance treshold", phaps?
4. I’m also tempted by ClsyClasses, XChunky and BigrInvent (don’t recall any mention of Synergy compat in their descripts though). If YOU know either of them to be incompatible with Synergy, and/or have some qualified thoughts on the load order, this is your day to shine! And mine to get a tan;-)
Thanks in advance for any constructive help/ideas, it will be most welcome.
I apologize for having to cut this short already; next time I'll be thorough.

I have been happyish for a long time playing vanilla with just Extra Chunky and Bigger Inventory, but now I'm thirsting for some new experiences with this perle of a game. While actually seeing my char, and some portion of the ground he treads, most of the time;-)
To the point: I'm sort of confused as to the effects and correlations of these addons. Gettin old for this, maybe;-) So, a few clarifying answers would be greatly appreciated:
1. This mod [SynAll Add ex LP] does it actually have more or less mobs than standard Synergies? (Told you, old geezer typing here)
Excellent work on these mods!
I'm quite the sentimentalist, and a sucker for fresh characters. As such I've seen the first hours of the game too many times to admit. Steadily making new ones though, and a slightly new experience would be welcome.
I guess what I want out of my mod-set is some visual variation/improvement, a few new elements (new classes for instance, that I can take in when I feel like it), and a bit of "easy come-power" (+1 to Eye for trouble;-)). I'm hoping to acheive this without being bombarded by redicolously large swarms of color and light, and, frankly, I've little desire for a combined difficulty much past Veteran (per vanilla TL). If this means Synergies is not for me, I don't mind being told so.

After clicking the button that says Torchlight II with mods (it has a Gear icon on it, on a rectangle shaped red box) you will enter a new white window screen. You should be able to see Additional Classes on the left side with an empty or checked box next to it. Make sure it is checked, confirm so by looking on the right side of the window and seeing if Additional Classes is on the right-side mod list and launch the game with the button on the bottom-right under the right-side mod list. Good luck!
My suggestion would be to UNSUBSCRIBE to all of those mods you are trying to download, and SUBSCRIBE to them one at a time. One by one, subscribe, start Torchlight II's launcher to let it download the mod, close Torchlight II launcher, and SUBSCRIBE to the next mod you want to download but only do so one at a time.
Subscribing to multiple mods at once especially ones with large files (over 100MBs) causes Torchlight II launcher to bug out when trying to download so much at once and may even crash/freeze Steam and Torchlight II and give you blank mods in the mod launcher.
If you have any blank mods appearing, go to your Torchlight II mods folder (its in the upper-right corner, a Folder + Gear looking icon, and click that and delete the mods you are trying to download.
Best of luck and come back to me if you have anymore issues. Hope it works out!
