first get photon it's a mod for police light and press C to enter the C menu and there is a photon button click on it and scroll and read the controls

the brightness intensity was cause by the recent changes to photon. i have gone back and reconfigured them for the updated system.

You need to lower the rear light intensity or something because it lags on an empty map. Other than that it's perfect

@Firefighterfink - Well thats nice :) I'll have you know I only got this PC a few months back, and yeah I pretty much am broke, but not everyone has a computer that can do anything.
