Hey guys, i found the purple water solution.
you need to turn "High Dynamic Range" to "Full" in video advanced option.
it works for me, if that doesnt solve the problem, you may check this page to find out something.

when I got hl2 ep1 and 2 textures, the water turned into missing textures ;-;

You need to activate the mod pack. the first picture should tell you what to do. after you press the gamepad button and activated team fortress, restart garry's mod.

What I find sad is that there are models for Eirin, Reisen, and Mokou available on the workshop, but there's no Kaguya model. Now we have an Eientei map and I can't make any Kaguya vs Mokou scenes on it! >:(
