i listened i made a nwe folder moved it their it dint work

Then you have a copy of the original materials in a folder that has a higher prioity. 1649 subs and you're the only one reporting a problem.

Make sure the skin is in a folder that has a higher priority than the original skins. See the link in the description and use one of the 3 ways to do it.
