Makes the game crash, can't even pass the setup screen, no error message no nothing ( help. ) :cozyprodman:

Best to check collections of (RT) Social Engineering for referance. However none of mine use men of war mod.

Are any of these mods incompatible with the (RT) Social Engineering - A Culture and Virtue Overhaul mod? BE keeps crashing after playing a couple of turns, which started around turn 150.

The only mods I use is the Awesome Modpack, Men of War and the aforementioned policy/virtue revamp, and that combination worked fine on Vanilla Beyond Earth.

I don't know whats going on but when i try to load up the game with your mods even using the advice above I havent actually managed to get to the game it goes to the loading screen after advanced setup and just stays there so far I've let it run more than 15 mins but it hasnt changed

While these mods do add a lot of content, I must warn that they are not very balanced. Some things are flat out removed from the base game, and in my (admittedly limited) experience the changes make the game one sided in your favor.

Any plans for an "Awesome Aliens" mod, yet? Perhaps modifying alien unit size/squad size for the different planet types could make the different alien stats feel more impactful. Young/Adult/Ancient alien subtypes? Recolors?

You're pretty creative so I'm sure you'd come up with something "Awsome!" ;)

Your mods are great but they mess up the UI. I cannot see the units tab, I cannot cycle between units, I cannot see the text box that appears when I create an artifact, I cannot delete items in queue or move them, some of the units lag in place, and it won’t let me move between basic game actions/interactions.

Well, I'm not having a problem now that I'm only using the ones marked "Classic", but it's not entirely clear if that's because all old mods were broken by Rising Tide or if just one that I was trying to use before was.

Hey Ryika, this might be a stupid question but I just recently reinstalled and i'm having some weird issues whenever I try to use mods. I don't have Rising Tides, should your mods that don't require Rising Tides still work or did they break things even for people without it? I'm putting together all the ones you've marked "Classic" for now, to try that after I finish re-installing just in case it's something on my end, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Hope the xpack updating stress has lessened. Cheers.

@Trippy: It's not an obvious problem, but both of the mods use a custom BuildingChoiceTemplateQuest.lua that overrides the one used in Rising Tide and prevents Rising Tide Building Quests from triggering.

Hey, I've found a few of your mods work fine with Rising Tides that you still label as do not work - The Workable Mountians, Botanika. So it seems there are some you dont need to tweak so hopefully will help make your life a bit easier. Also.. Huge thank you for the mod's you have updated.

None of the mods work for Rising Tides right now, I'm not using any mods when I play either, and I like it just fine. Main mods i'd love updated are The Swarm and Genesis Corporation, but I can wait, and i'm going to wait. Please have patience like I plan to, Ryika's got a crapload to do.

What else would you expect? The Expansion has been out for little more than a day, I didn't have a review copy or anything like that, have ~20 mods to fix (and fill with new content). Will probably need a few weeks to fix and update everything, until then you shouldn't use my mods with Rising Tide unless they specifically say that they've been updating/they're still working.

Hey Ryika I've had a similar issue to most others.. I've tried running only the awesome collection and the terrain seems to be raised up higher than really needed even with only the awesome loadout running.. Is there a fix to this? Basically everything on my screen is covered by raised land to the point where you see the "resource" icon and that's it.. nothing else matches up to the hex grid.. Is this a conflict with Rising Tide?

Thank you for the link. Love your mods. This should keep me satisfied with Beyond Earth at least until Rising Tide comes out. I can't imagine such an extensive mod working well with a big expansion like that.

I removed it from the workshop because it was causing quite a lot of compatibility issues (for example the Genesis Corporation being extremely weak because their improvement doesn't get upgraded) and decided to instead take the ideas and make them into smaller, more manageable projects.

Where is the Awesome Gameplay Overhaul? It was hands down my favorite mod, and now I can't find it anywhere.
Playing with it was the first time I ever felt that I had exciting options of what to build and research, and had to make hard choices because I had so many great options available.
Also stupid game deleted the mod when I made the mistake of clicking "Update."
