Well the solution would be to make a patch that deletes the draugr-weapons made by private eye and just use mine. The other option is much work to do...
I was talking about "expanding" the mod so it could cover even the weapons present in other mods like Private Eye's one.
Because if I was to install your mod now, I'll be getting half draugr equipement effectively overhauled and the other half (added by Heavy Armory) will remain the same....and this is what is holding me back from getting your (awesome) mod into my Skyrim, and even the reason that brought me to make you these questions :)
Not sure if I got you right. You mean you want something like a patch to get both mods working alongside each other and see all weapons appear in Dungeons and so on!?
I don 't know if you know "Wyre-Bash"!? Well this is a tool for Skyrim, which you can use to create so called "bached patches" to create patches that make Weapon- and Armor-Levellists work together, by creating a new one with the Levellists from different mods. I never tried it so far, but i know there is this option.
Best would be, like in the old "Oblivion-Days", creating a big weapon and armor overhaul as one massiv solid mod. Immersive armors and weapons, private eyes, mine and that would be much already!
Back to my question, I thought of Private Eyes' Heavy Armory mod because it's (in my opinion) one of the best and most complete weapons mod ever made for Skyrim, and basing what I've asked you would have been twice as successful because you'd get both a weapon replacer mod and a compatibility mod between yours and PE's HA.
By the way, your's the mod your's the decisions on what to do with it.

The only thing i can do now Is recommend to download it from the nexus. Download link can be found in the description.
btw. please be more precise, because actually i don 't know if the files are "not there" or the weapons in jorrvaskr. Both facts are different answers!

With NifSkope, you can't easily remove things like that,
anyway you really make better work than me !
The shild thing is no bug its like it is....i guess its something one could change, but I am not so advanced with nifscope yet to change this, sorry.
Your 1. Point i just don 't understand....I didn 't create a bow so far, this mod is still wip! If that was the question...
1.there is no bow fot the mobs
2.when i use the shild it looks fine when i use it but when i open my invt it shows up very small
