Why doesnt this come up as a civ? I have enabled them in the mod menu but it doesnt appear as a civ in single player. Can anyone help?

i downloaded the mod but when i go try to play its not listed as a civ i can choose. why?

You need to activate them when you're on Civ V, I forget which option it is but it's at the main menu

hi ive gone to Civ V and installed the Mods for the DW Clans but when i activate them then go into a single player game i dont have them as a choice of Civilization? now i could be doing something wrong as these are the first mods ive ever used.

I have instaled all of your mods but non of them works, I need those mods you talk about in the description to make yours work o something? The game detects and instal them but the factions didn't appear in any screen in the game.

I updated Lu Bu quite a while ago which hopefully would have fixed it.
I believe the bug's related to something about the 'promoted' Lu Bu units being able to be selected as free Great People, so AI civs were able to get them from anything that could give them a free GP. I've fixed that so I don't think it should be a problem anymore.

So did you find out what might cause that problem Trofflesby? I want to run this civ in my modpack. but I wouldnt find out for a long time this is an issue if it is. :x

There seems to be an issue where Wu (maybe all the nations) can obtain Lu bu as a special unit, but with 150 conbat strength in the renessaince. If this actually is a feature it has to be nerfed, since it is impossible to fight that without one of your own.

Kessen was also from the same company with the same story, but it had it's own different mechanics which were kind of a midway between RTS and the hack and slash of DW.

@Reaperscrow, this is not a dynasty warrior mod, it is a Romance of the Three Kingdoms mod, which is based on the games before the DW series. It was a strategy game. Based on the same general story and from the same company but different games none the less.

I plan on more than likely subscribing to these mods, as I am a purveyor of history (and a huge fan of the DW series). As a suggestion for Wu, wouldn't it be more accurate for them to gain bonuses from river tiles? Wu's foundation was built along the Jiang Dong river, and though they were coastal, it seems like their power would be better placed (probably more for fluff reasons) if they received bonuses for river/coastal tiles.

2. Do these mods trying to be (at least partially) "historically" accurate or it's all about the Dynasty Warriors etc.?

I like these dynasty warriors mods but I personally hate the game after 5. 6 was okay and 7 wasnt really on point with their characters. Don't really like the new character models for the three kingdom warriors and i especially dont like most of their weapon choices for characters. Still a good mod though

Should be all fixed now, thanks! I'm pretty sure the problem's Wu exclusive though since the thing that went wrong was that it seemed that they didn't actually have a palace. If anything else comes up lemme know

why do i start out with one science? it takes forever to develop techology's as this force, i'm assuming its like that for the others as well
