guys i found like 100 tier thrusters mods now, all them outdated, amazing lol.. can anybody link me a tiered mod that work atm?

Would it be possible to remove the insane Dampeners power of the thrusters and go with the same power for Dampeners on like using it manually?

you're the first to say weld time is too long over the 4 years this mod has been up. the weld time is due to the amount of components already in them, they would weigh even more with more components. The tiers were meant to be built with welders, which were faster back then.

Thanks for the mod, but can you drop the weld times please? 50 seconds is wayyyyyyyy too long. It's not interesting gameplay. It's boring. If you're concerned about balance, just add more material cost.

I do notice a weird bug with them currently in test the t3&4 have weir inertia on grids when accelerating not really sure if this is my bug or keens

Does this need to be updated or something? I have subscribed and unsubsribed to this mod repeatedly yet it won't show up in game even though I have it activated. It used to work before...

Used this mod many, many times. It is amazing to replace thrust on vanilla builds for worlds with speed mods.

Just a Quality of Life suggestion: Please remove the thick white border around the icons that get displayed on the toolbar. Because of these, you can not read what number has been assigned to control these thrusters, nor can you read if they are currently on or off. :)

since these are vanilla models, i'll need to adjust the damage on a scale based on power output i think. This is also happening on my tiered super pack.

Just a heads up... since Keen changed the area of thruster damage these are not useable with thruster damage on, Had several ships explode before finding if I turned the thrusters off the damage stopped, I don't know if it affects all blocks in the set or just some.

yes, i am using a speed mod...I resolved that lagging (azimuth ore detectors did it) but that weird movement still continuous however i think this is problem of speed mod and there's nothing wrong with these thrusters. Anyway thank for response.

Heloo, when i am flying through the the space the game starts to lag, and ship starts to move different way, any chance that this is connected with this mod?

dampening is not configurable in menu, it's is loaded at world load only

So I see that the dampening mechanics were patched away:

For someone like me who didn't play it for a long time and didn't follow each changelog, the old mechanics remained in mind. I'm not sorry about that. :P

Anyway, the dampening mechanics was something I didn't like from the beginning so my suggestion was to take it away -- finally, they did it.

The dampening mechanics come frome the Space Engineers game itself. Please refer to the SE wiki (dampening is 10 times stronger that the maximum manual thrust). It sounds logic to me that the tiered thrusters have the same limitation as the normal ones, eg. if you don't build enough thrusters to fly the ship, but they can dampen it on a planet, then the ship starts sinking if you try to fly up. You can gain altitude by flying straight forward with your nose slightly up. That's what I did myself if my mining ship becomes too heavy. :)

Which thrusters do you use? I love the ion ones, Tier 4. They can fly everywhere without the limitations of the other types.

So I am noticing that the large ship small thrusters can hold my ship up on dampening force but if a push the space bar then I fall to earth. I am assuming this mean they have an increased dampening force. If so is that intentional and what is the multiplier? Also have you considered releasing a version with the dampening at the same force level. I like it in some ways since I don't crash so often but it also makes it way to easy to hover on a planet.

I tried to use them, the T4 Small Angle Fire thrusters on my welder, but all of a sudden they stop working. They are always in the off position.

Question, why do these have a 5X dampner while the Tiered Armor Thrusters use a 1x dampner?

I tried the T4 Angel thrusters for small ships in atmo and they do not loose thrust. I think the lower tier ones did but might be wrong. Really wish the T4 thrusters worked right in atmo. Also have to ask, is the name "T4 Angel" a refrence to a book? I know a book series that has that as the name of a virus.

i find making a alrge ship double the weight, and sise, the thrusters actualy work better- dosuent make sence tbh

maybe your small ship angel variants arnt accurate to the large? just finding, a small ship quater the weight of large, needs double the amount of thrusters

mind making a variant of god thrusters, finding it impossible to make a heavily armored, small fighter.

ie making heavily sheilded sy-fi ships. and finding the angel thrusters struggling to make it move.
