Just booted up the game and loaded a map. It's working fine, guess it was just something faulty on my end. Thanks, anyway.

For me, the sounds in-game sound exactly like both the audio file in the vpk and the audio in the video. I can only assume that it may be your soundcard or a faulty download.

It works now.
Don't want to sound like a nag, but one of the three different shell reloading sounds has that really fast and high-pitched screeching sound that I think is from feedback.

I see.. I no longer have the original voice files, but I'll try to record new ones and keep it close to the originals. I'll update sometime within the next couple of hours once it's completed.

Firing the shotgun seems to drown out the pumping action, can't really tell that I even have the mod running unless I start reloading.

Even then it's a little quiet in comparison to the other sound mods I have.

Is your volume set to a lower setting? The shell pumping is supposed to be breathing, so it's not set to be too loud. Loading in shells seems to be at a decent volume as well when i compared it to other gun handling mods.

I can increase the dB of the sound files, but it will also increase the sounds of shotgun's loading and pumping, so it may not do much.

The handling sounds are pretty quiet for me in-game. Can't really hear them when firing.
