You won't find it in the game - it's not assigned to growable buildings, nor to anything else, not even a unique building, and cannot have a district style too.

This is just a scaled down model of the City Services (or whatever it's called) unique building that comes with the stock game. Don't bother. :denied:

is it a special bnuilding or just a normal one ? and replace it something or just 1 more ?
