81 tiles 2 works but i wont let me load a save once i resume a city. it also only lets me quit to desktop while in game.

Get 81 Tiles 2 instead, that have all options for Tile unlocking included you can choose from

I also can confirm that this mod works with maps wich where started before installing the mod.

Dont forget to check the box in the mods section in the game menues.

It sets the maximum area count to 25, so after you progress to the final milestone (or if you use unlock all mod) it allows user to purchase rest of the tiles.

Does this mod let you unlock all 9 tiles, or all 25 tiles? What is meant by "all tiles"?
