Loving it so far, It actually makes stuff like the water and electicity policies more useful. But could you maybe make a version that adds refunds back in? The refund cost only applies if you build something and then immediately delete it which is great for someone like me who likes to keep replacing roads until they are perfect.

good idea, is it possible to add a cost for demolition ? (you cant build roads and buildings then just remove them for free in real life). this would also still make the relocation option still viable as paying 100% construction cost would be better value than paying to demolish 1 building and then paying to build a new one.

the beginning of a game is a real pain in the a**. lovin it. great mod. you realy have to struggle for money to provide services.

I would really like a mod with double maitenance costs, I think it would make the game hard enough. Could you do this mod configurable or make another mod with only double maitenance costs please :) ?

I like it, even though i play on hard mode.
In addition to this i use the mod that reduces garbage maintenece by 4 times.
Seeing as garbage maintenance was by far the biggest budget drain it really balances out nicely.

Interesting, it seems balanced.
Do not use with the default hard mode, your budget won't handle it.

Sweet, I was actually about to start making pretty much this exact mod. Saved me the effort. lol

Only thing I'd do differently is make relocation 50% build cost instead of 100%. No point in even having the feature otherwise.
