As far as I can tell, there are still World at War PM's uploaded to the Workshop. Do keep in mind that these addons are over 5 years old, though.
Search the Workshop, my dude. Solution B: check the Gmod addons site across the 'net, they have content that the Workshop doesn't

Like I said, I'm not the original author. I simply re-uploaded them to the Workshop.
Besides, someone else has ported the japanese soldiers from Rising Storm, and has uploaded them to the Workshop.
Sorry mate, but nobody's converted these to NPC & PM.
But there is the WaW Marine Playermodels and NPCs, which has the same skins and bodygroups but not the same outfits
