The feature was broken (for my assets) back in the day and still hasn't tested it myself recently. You are welcome to try.

@Hippopotamus - If all of your buildings have reached the highest level by Eden in my case, my buildings or any growable mods will not spawn.

ive downloaded a few of your buildings but cant get them to spawn :( ive enabled them in the content manager and they dont spawn as growables and i cant find them as ploppables in any of the categories.

Updated, improved detail and ridded of weird illumination problem.

I have discovered how to turn off the pesky color mask that keeps making my buildings too bright unintentionally. I will have all fix throughout the building along with new buildings.

I really like the form of the building. The window textures looks somewhat flat, but I like it, nevertheless.

The update is here. The building should be in the reasonable size now, plus the LOD and tri reduction.

Would you consider to downgrade this to lvl4? It looks good next to other lvl4 buildings, but is too small among other lvl5 highrises. I like the building, it just seems lost when all surrounding buildings are lvl5

Thank you, I am a fan of skyscrapers as well. However, there are two factors that need to be concerned.
First, all growable buildings in this game are kinda... not tall. So I am trying to build a slightly taller building each time to not having a bizarre-looking building.
Second, 4x4 is obviously too small for super tall buildings. So I need to balance its width and height for the look.
Furturemore, the reason I don't do the unique or probable buildings yet because I don't want to mess with their stats leading to the gameplay. But I will definitely get to that soon once I have a hand full of growable buildings.
Lastly, English is my second language, so feel free to correct my gramma, I digress, :hardhat:.
