If you make the ojects self then you can take eye on the polycount but if you change a premade objekt is not easy to do it, some times more difficult than make a new object. This building come only with _d uvmap because dont need other maps this save too little space. My objects i post here was only test and try, my next objects will be only selfmade smalllowpolythings ;)
The maps geography is not quite perfect but the shape is.
I have your Sydney Opera House located at the tip of Point Vernon, looks great.
