this is by far my favorite subscribed asset for a city police station. it covers like 4 tiles its amazing

if this was a prison along side the export electricity mod (set to import prisoners) the 10k maintenance would be ok and I would place it. But I just never seem to use this as a police dep due to maintenance.

deffinetly looks like a real army base, got the Commisary, hospital, generals quarters, enlisted mans living quarters, gas station, on post gym, hospital, military police HQ, cinema, top secret area, military services office buildings, on post taco bell/ mc donalds, airstrip, communications towers, missile silos and the front gate guard security checkstand.... thank you for creating such a realistic army post for my city, love the way it looks next to my garbage dump and industrial wasteland district.. 10/10

Does the maintenance have to be so high? 10,000. I'd subscribe to this if the maintenance wasn't so high. I think 1,500 is more realistic, don't you?

Do you think we could get a monument version? I'd like to have one that doesn't function as a police station.

Way too cramp to be a functional army base; I could forsee a lot LOT of incident occuered within this military base lol

@LtDutchman. It shouldn't be..the ground has a color mask, therefore you can choose which ever color you want the ground to be via the asset editor. (I know the ground for a color mask is not what could be considered the best option, but I was practicing the technique.)

My ground looks white, is this a bug?
