@tjvelcro - It goes by monthly in the asset editor rather than weekly in-game. Also, all your suggestion has been update. Enjoy. :hardhat:

Cool looking building, however I dont think "-3000 less maintenance cost" is correct in my game its 480 cost difference per week. Also it would be nice to get a bit longer description in game of the building. Maybe something to remind that its a university.

Looks lovely and nice to have a smaller university available. . . . city has to be pretty large before the default is even half full.
