Gorgeous. My Old Town Square is now complete!
It's me. Sorry. 18 May, 2018 @ 3:59pm
Well made, but I recommend centering the clock tower in the center of the building or centered above the columns in the front

This is an excellent asset. Previously I kind of just implemented some other asset(s) and pretended it was a courthouse but this is literally one. I like to put a park and zones/buildings near it and make a district named "courthouse park." Or just use it as part of a town center for a small town.

Been looking for this for ages. Don't know how it took me so long to find it. My small town is now complete!

Looks like any number of Queen Anne-style Bruce and Morgan courthouses that dot the southeast, but with an uncanny resemblance to the neo-classical renovation of the courthouse in Bulloch County GA. Nice work.

I'll update for After Dark this week, I've been out of the C:S loop for the past few months.

Same question here.
This looks too amazing to not have it illuminated "After Dark" :)

Hello.
Is there any chance to update it to the After Dark Espansion?
Thanks in advance :)

That's really true, I haven't yet mastered the light levels in assets. I generally use the same tones I've picked up from other platforms but this is much brighter. It probably needs a big spec map darkening and diff darkening.

Really love this asset, I see one way you can easily improve it. In your screenshots and to me - the building has a "whiteout" tone to it - you can darken your diffuse map perhaps and make it a bit more "solid" instead of having that white glow to it. You can't notice it too much when zoomed out a bit but as you get closer it's more apparent. Thanks for creating this!
