As for the fuctions to know the number of credits and how to set them, you'll probably have to dig in the TTT files, but I'm sure that won't take that long.
The stuck part is gonna be much more of an hassle to fix if you want my advice, but I know the default TTT teleporter has a check to see if the player can fit into the teleported location. Problem is the teleporter just cancels the teleport, whereas here it would need to find a valid position, but I'm sure it's still doable if you (or someone else) can figure it out.
If you could learn how to fix it though, that'd be awesome!
