The fact that this is still here implies one of three things to me;
1. Nintendo/Aaron Peters/whoever tf issued the DMCAs REALLY doesn't care about Waluigi.
2. Valve/Facepunch just forgot.
3. They're aware of the travesty that would occur if this was taken down.

I fear this and all other good GMod models are in the DMCA zone because some dipshits started a campaign against Nintendo, it's a shame they didn't understand the fact that they had the ability of taking it all down.
