@Lostofgamefull - That's right, the growable buildings are randomized equally unless specify with a certain mod. However, the size must match, eg this building will only spawn from 4x4 level 2 commercial only.

I really don't get how to get a specific growable building , doesn't build a random one when you place a commercial zone ?

Mod for night/day cicle for lights , please .

All Residential, Commercial, Office and Industrial are growable. So... yes.

@mvietori - I found out that it does not affect anything, it will spawn regardless of climate.
@Aliased - Every building created in asset will be added to the list, it will not replace anything.

So by "temperate" does that mean it only spawns on temperate climate setting?

Looks very nice, the lod has a big polycount but you can't make round shapes without a few polys (and I prefer this to awful LODs). Upvoted !!!

Great work, we are sorely lacking in high rise commercial variety. Everyone is making only residential and offices for some reason. I really like this one.
