Lovely map, I'm gonna have fun building on it but Gah! those prebuilt Highways make my eyes bleed :)

@fidgyart, it was easily done in the map editor. Made a beginning with the required depts, Exported this as a hightmap and opened it in paint. There i just used the eyedropper to get the correct color and drew lines. Once done imported it back into the map editor, et voila! One flat map with canals :)

@HerrSticks, i get that as well. Seems to be a geme engine issue, you could find some nice seawalls on the workshop though.

Does anyone else get visual glitches on the canal walls when zoomed out?

The walls are so steep/vertical when zoomed out they appear spikey or the water clips into the walls.

Other than the visuals I love this map. Honestly, it may even be my computer.

LOVE this map. Total admiration for you getting the rivers/canals straight - I tried creating a map like this for myself and died of boredom 20 minutes in. :) Thank you.
