@ yes, until you've fast traveled there, they might have left.
they keep up camp for about two full days each though, so you shouldn't get that too much :-)

I like the concept, but since fast travelling takes time, wouldn't this mean that by the time you reach the map marked locatoin, the khajiit caravan will already have advanced a conciderable distance from the point you're travelling to?
