So basically, just recolor it to yellow and make this just a reskin of the Jarate for a more horrifying snowball

I'd like to imagine it is paired with the hot hand like the wrap assasin or sandman, just to be ironic. It is a simple weapon that i think would work really well in the game

It should make a freezing noise like the spy cicle and has the ability to slow down enemies

- Does almost no damage but slows the enamy (also makes spies visable).
- smaller splash damage range of jarate
- only way to get the snowball is to be hit by it (coupled to an achevement)

if it has same effect as jarate, i thought of the exact same weapon

@ZoraKirby: Ah ok, I assumed that it would use the Jarate's attributes. Also consider that this is only a holiday / limited time item. Just like the halloween items, they tend to be all reskins and not necessarily new items with new attributes. A very good idea though that ball, and I can totally see myself using it ingame :-)

what about
+temporarily slows enemy on hit
+can hold up to 5 at a time before having to undergo cooldown effect
-spread drastacly decreased, only effects players it directly hits
+still extinguishes a flame on an ally

@ Hi! I'm Hugh Bliss: Yes, actually while I was making this, I was thinking the same thing. Although I was a little younger when I played it, and always used the BOBBYBIRD cheat, so I don't remember it as being a bad game like everyone else does. Thinking back though, I can see why.

@SuperSoupy: I'd rather not use yellow snow, since it would encourage valve to make it the same as jarate, but if this makes it in, someone is definitely going to make a yellow snow version on gamebanana - I can just feel it. Then again, I COULD make an alternate style...

Nice. I hope it doesn't just become a Jarate re-skin, because this is a great design and an opportunity to make a better throwable item. I, for one, want it to either slow or entirely freeze targets.

Looks good, though you might wish to make the sphere geometry and/or normal map a little less smooth and more lumpy. Might work well for scout as well (like mad milk replacement). For sniper, it would be funny as a jarate replacement with yellow snow.
