Well, it was suppoed to be a unique piece, so no craftable :P (kind of like a unique armor or unique rewards on some sort)

:/ you always can use the console command " help troll" or "help hood" and you should have the ID and then add it via the console in your inventory :/
i think i made it also on the forge, but i not remember lol, will require troll skull and stuff

i forget the ID, but try search "help troll" or "help hood" you should find it .
i would say to search for "help troll hood" directly but i have no idea how to make search with more than 1 word :/ (soo if someone know how to make search like this, please tell me :D )

classic command for get it :

help troll (or hood)
once you got the Id , just use

player.additem ID 1

(replace ID with the number and not forget the 1 at end (or whatever number you want for the amount you want (ex: player.additem F 9999999 , that give you 9999999 of gold)

i not have special edition installed, but, mmh... i think, if bethesda didnt have change the ID of objects on the game, then it should work just by copy/paste it in the data folder (like before). but again, it depend if bethesda have modify the ID or texture link. but you can try (with an fake shitty save for secure^^ ) just copy the all in the skyrim SE data and check if the helm spawn. no garanty to work, but if nothing have changed, then it should work perfectly.
even if this is standalone (custom models/textures) it need to be linked to an existing object for spawn. test it :) and tell me if that work

you cant :/ , only way to get it is to go to Valthume ruin or use console command for get it (careful with console command if you have hothtrooper trollbone armor because the name is pretty similar)

no, can be used with both sex.. only the "beast" races are nicompatible with it (aka , argonian, khajiit,orc) , all others races and sex will be compatible
