All I really want is a mod that mutes repetitions of the same line within a 3 second window. This comes close enough.

is there any way to lessen the amount of spam by the bots? I don't like how they announce everything.

This mod works great for what it does. I only used the partial version so I can't comment on the full version, but most lines that needed to be were. Sadly, you can still see them in the subtitles, which is kind of annoying.

I'm using the total one and I keep getting this weird crackling/clicking sound. I tried snd_rebuildaudiocache and snd_updateaudiocache and I still get it. Anyway to fix this?

Also the total one doesn't seem to be completely total, still sometimes hear a spam of something. Eliminates most tho.

This sounds interesting, but I almost exclusively host every game I play (or a friend that hates spammers hosts it) so the spammer gets one warning to stop, gets kicked if he doesn't.

I have encountered an exact experience as the one you stated, author. I'm asssuming it won't be getting fixed any time soon?

You are welcome :) Just to update: I have been using the total addon recently myself and I did notice that on one or two random occasions a couple of phrases were actually heard at the very start of the game. I think the phrases I heard ARE in the addon and ARE blocked normally, but for some weird reason on these one or two occasions the game failed to read from the addon and read from the normal content. No idea why for the moment or whether it is anything I can fix.
