@conex, Read this page from the Paradox forums. It should help you with your LOD problems.

i know the problem is that i cant get the game to recgonize the lod for some wierd reason i cant explain. havent had this problem before..

the game wont let me give this model a lod. im super confused right now first time this happend all the files are in order the game just wont allow the lod in game for some reason.. will look more into it later. it works perfect in editor but in game the lod just gets lost atm..
