I will soon fix this. I have been very busy lately so I haven't had that much time to get around to it. Recently, all of the .vpk files within L4D2 have been deleted from my computer for some reason but still left the pictures for the actual mod in the folder. I have a lot of mods, so redownloading them all will take a long time and I don't feel like dealing with that right now. Due to the amount there is to download and the order of mods they download in, my mods are in the very back of the list so unfortunately I can't test my own mods. If I can't test my own mods, I can't see what the problem is and until I see what the problem is, I can't fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You need to edit it so it just says "You need a little revive!" because the defib noise doesn't last that long.
