I think you should redo long A seems that CTs can just sit there and mow down Ts.

btw you can find some crazy map breaking boosts near A I was able to get on top of the wall and go all the way to ct spawn XD

Forenote: I have not played the map yet, I'm just previewing the radar map while typing this "review"

From the bird's eye view, It seems as if the Terrorists have more movement choices than the CT, which, thinking in competitive mode, would give the CTs a disadvantage, not to mention make this "T sided". The only way to counter this is that if the CTs had more... "clutch points" to catch the Ts coming in on site.

[h1] @Klems [/h1] C'est sympa a toi d'etre passer, alors comme je l'ai dis dans la description, les textures sont juste là pour donner une idee, je n'ai pas encore pris le temps de faire un panel de textures perso pour habiller toute la map, ce que je compte faire. Pour ce qui est des cubemaps j'en ai mis que quelques uns, les env_smoke et fire sont des teste aussi, je decouvre a peine comment les regler *. Et les batiments hauts c'est intensionnel, apres je sais que ça ne plaira pas a tout le monde mais bon, et comme je ne sais pas encore faire de skybox 3d correcte...

J'ai jeté un coup d’œil à ta map. Les textures sont mal choisies pour la plupart, elles sont parfois over-stretchés à la folie (CT spawn). Évite de dépasser 0.25 si tu peux, 0.6 grand max. Trouves toi un motif pour texturer, évites d'utiliser trop de textures différentes surtout dans les même endroits. Ça fait parfois claustrophobe, les bâtiments sont très hauts, les allées étroites, il y a peu d'endroit où l'on peut apercevoir l'horizon. Évites de copier directement des bâtiments de D2. Tes env_smokestack sont affreux. L’éclairage est pas super, la lumière rentre mal dans les allées. Tu a oublié les cubemaps. Compiles en final quand tu release ta map. J'ai bien aimé la tour et autres décors en hauteur, ça permet de bien se repérer dans la map. Les destructions à base de displacement sont biens, on sent que tu a bien observé D2.

This map overall is very well done, as with what razer said, easy to spot landmarks i also like the skybox how you can throw a smoke from one side to the other. But T-Spawn area is a bit useless, i see it as a "easy to block hallway", i know that might mess up timings but still a little annoying and other than that very well designed map (: :balloon:

[h1]@razorblade421[h1]: The first thing you said was exatcly waht i was thinking about this point, so i rebuild the spawn, more center for going A or B as you want. Same for the light, more "pulse" and pitch -82. Thank you verry much for your feedback bro!! ;)

[h1]@»Røałd«[h1]: Well, i was not sure about the little windo, but mid's so cloth so i remade it for asier attacks from B aps. The "tunel" in A long is more lager and the short's ways are more "clean" and safety. Thank's you to for you opinion, that help me a lot to decid what to do ;)

Well first of all I think the map it's structure/layout is really good. You have nicely made 2 roads going to B and 3 roads going to A (including midle). I think this map will be really nice to defend for the counter-terrorists. Some feedback on your map is about the narrow choke points. The hole in the wall at B seems really small and hard to attack. Same goes with the narrow alley to A. On the other hand I think B bombsite is too much open and empty. Tho the A bombsite looks really nice. And some minor things; put some extra more time on detailing the textures and maybe use another map name?

Really like this map dude! "Easy to spot" landmarks which makes the map memorable and good for shout outs. As a Terrorist, I felt it was almost mandatory I went to A. Offering more cover and ways to the site, It overweighed my decision to plant there instead of B. B has a nice lookout spot over the site, blocking lines of site with the building in the middle ;) nice one! Criticism is the lighting is too dark. Maybe bring the sun to a flat degree? -85 or -78? I know this is beta so I hope you can take some of these pointers from the community! CHEERS MAN!
