j.debrine you click subscribe button under the picture and then you go into a projector and wait for a second until the blueprints come up and then you select one

Inertia. Cheap and cheerful. They do require a perfectly straight trajectory to work best tho. The Rapid Reload System to rearm them will be on a carrier.

One more question, are the torpedoes self-propelled, or are they inertia based?

Yes mate. All Hyperion Systems ships are survival ready. If you find that any systems are not connected to the conveyor network, please let me know.
