I don't have the original file anymore, but if I recall correctly it was Kremlin, which I modified for the addon to better resemble the original game text.

Regarding the font, would you happen to have the original font file? I haven't found it out in the wild yet, and the characters in the image inside this addon are too low resolution for what I'm looking for, at only 28 x 35 pixels per character

I'm sure it was a conflict with some mod of mine, i am using the metal gear solid 1 death screen with voice ending addon for now until I decide to try this again to see if I can get it to work.

This used to work great for me but then randomly stopped? I hear the audio but the screen is black. Odd.

Make sure it's this addon and check for other addons that might be causing it.

It does not let me respawn, i think is broken.

Always a fan of your HUDs and death screens. They're top notch quality.
Wanted to report that this one breaks for Multiplayer though.
It works fine in Singleplayer but the images of the letters get distorted for when you try it on multi.

Kind of makes me want to see high quality deathscreens for MGS II, IV, and V

You can reset to default the text with the 'Reset Text To Default' button.

Fantastic idea; I love it! Nice and customisable, and makes dying more interesting. Any ideas on doing Fake Death Pill and Revival Pill, based on this mod? You fall over and ragdoll, and if you take too long, you die for real. We have the food stamina, we have stealth, we have the box, but we don't have the ability to feign death, which is a shame.
Just a neat thing, that could make this mod even more interesting.
Plus maybe a delay before respawning, and playing the gunshot sound effect, fading to black.

I really don't know what is conflicting it, I turned off my other death screens before I used it, and reloaded the game, so I don't know what's happening.
