Plus, I had to unsubscribe for a while because I think the scope is not aligned properly, as I was missing more targets than usual (compared to stock Mosin) when sniping.
Other than that, beautiful mod and rifle :D

thanks.
Yes, it's still using the old ready animation. It's not really a bug, and I don't know when I'll get around to adjust the new ready animation.
okay thank you for the quick answer.
Optics are definitely not floating above the rail, you can check that in hlmv. Some custom replacers may be a bit higher, but it is beyond me to adjust the rail for every possible replacer.
If you want to change the rail size/location, you can do it quite easily. Just decompile the model with crowbar, edit the rail as you want and then use MrBrightside's model hack tutorial using original model files of this mod for animations, since I have edited original animations to fit the model.
Hey dude i really love your work but i have a question. on this skin the sights are misplayed (the cobra is floating over the rail and so on) could you maybe explain how to adjust the location of the sights on the model? thank you in advance and sorry fpr bothering :D
How is it buggy apart from the draw animation? I merely fixed what was wrong, there was no time to add new draw animation.
It will be fixed soon, don't worry.
Yeah, that may be doable on one scope. But how do you attach kobra, elcan or PO? Smartass.
Check the screenshots here and you will find a possible way to attach a scope to a R700. http://l4d2.gamebanana.com/skins/137463
It replaces Mosin because Insurgents need some modern weapons too.
The rail is necessary, how else are you going to use optics? Just glue them on the gun?
Also, picatinny rails on R700 rifles are pretty much custom, not "Classic".
