@Matt the props are despawning in the asset editor because of prop snapping(or one of the other prop related mods). Try turning it off (along with rico) before entering the editor. Also make sure to use the "Reload props" button inside the editor

It's a really nice high school, however, it is triple the size of the vanilla high school and has the same stats, this I do not like. Trying to edit this in the asset editor removes the props when I try to place it ingame with my edited version.. I thought I could fix it but no. I'd really appreciate an update with balanced stats but's that never going to happen.

Is it only lit on the outside or also the windows? Since schools are closed at night I'd prefer dark windows.

I did update it for After Dark, the day it came out. It should be properly lit at night.

@FoxAldersen There are actually three gathering spots on this asset. One near the back entrance, around the grill-house and on the fountain. people should gather in those areas.

Nice work, this one. Yet, can you put it through the Asset Editor to also add these gathering spots? It's on the original but I miss it here... Not sure if it's needed for your other Assets though.

I added an custom thumbnail. So you can better tell this asset apart from the default Highschool.
Also tried to fix an issue where the gravel paths would sometimes not connect properly.
