They should have had nothing in common, but for some reason BOB decided to include the vanilla startpos with the mod pack.

thank you so much for the fix, but I'm really curious, what was the conflict? The two mods seem like they have nothing in common

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, I've released an update that should fix the problem.

turning this mod on specifically turns off the option to start as the theme of sicily from that fairly popular mod and I can't understand why

This is a great mod - had a very epic Manichaen Empire for a while, literally called it "Holy Manichaea"... Good times. Anyways, needs an update :) thanks for the great work

As the creator of Fertility+1, I can safely say it's compatible.

As for the other two, I'll look into it.

would you be willing to make a version compatible with 'fertility+1', 'J4AC's sarmatian unit pack patch' and 'barbarian hordes expanded'?

No worries, thank you mate!

I am using PFM, and would like to create an edict that all factions could use where there would be -20 growth and +10 public order and it would be called "Slaughter the Populace". I can't find any tutorials for Attila or Rome II that discuss modding edicts.

Mod's finally been updated!

If you're using DAVE with the Assembly Kit, they're under the table "effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions"

How do you mod edicts?
DeliciousCrackers  [author] 26 Jun, 2015 @ 8:35pm
There's talk of a hotfix coming next week, so I'll be saving the mod update for then.

Also, since CA has removed upkeep for Christian buildings, I'm tempted to do the same for Manichaest ones while keeping/modifying some of their effects.
Solvem Probler 31 May, 2015 @ 9:55am
Huh, I never noticed those traditions before. I'm actually impressed by CA for thinking of doing that.
DeliciousCrackers  [author] 31 May, 2015 @ 4:00am
@NihilVerum Thanks! Having a quick look, the game does have Manichaeist local traditions through most of Gaul, Italy and southern Britain, usually about 2-3 points. I could look at releasing a submod that increases these, though I am mindful of giving it a stronger presence than Christianity.

NihilVerum, you're right here. I think this mod could be improved.

Thanks, I always found Manichaeism to be sub-par. I understand it's a gimmick religion of sorts, but historically it was a real "thing" throughout Europe. Could you perhaps edit some of the more western provinces to have local Manichaeist traditions? The religion managed to pop up even in Britain, after all: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ManichaeismSpread.jpg
