Im still here :) and the most of my assets have already AD updates (like the Lighthouse, the Pyramidenkogel, OMV HQ) but they are not ready to publish yet. Im very busy atm. Please be patient just a little longer.

This is the only non-AD updated building that I'm using in my city - it's that good - but having some night lights would be awesome.

thats right. Its the only chance to fit the building 1:1 in the 4x4 growable field. :/
But its very rare that this happens.

It looks good but it seems to be too wide. It clips into neighbouring skyscrapers.

Have you considered making an office version of this building? :) The modelling work you did is great, but it doesn't quite fit in concept among the commercial zones, imho.

@C.G.Bλndit Spender that was the plan :)

@c.reloaded thats correct, the scaling of the building isn't 1:1. But i want to make it growable so i had to fit it into 4x4 fields with the scale ~ 1 : 0,75

@ATSrchitect yes but i think there are enough office-buildings at moment and commercial high-rise towers are very rare. Lets assume there is a great mall and canteen inside ;)
