Thanks for the AD update. Now they can look beautiful running around in my city at night too.

Thank you very much, it's perfect :)

I think you need to add some pantographs on the train. It looks strange without it.

OK thanks a lot. I like your mods and I look forward to be able to play again with the E231 series :).
take care :steamhappy::

Regarding Updates (liveries and After dark): I have some other stuff in my life to take care of right now, and am taking a break from modding. Expect updates in mid-october

Update for AD please? :)

haha, I just like the skytrain because I used to live really really nearby edmonds when I was little so I got to see the trains go by very frequently, hence why I love the skytrain (canada line is ehhh).

no problem. just stop giving more money to translink ;)

YES thank you so much! :D

YES, Skytrain is being worked on right now, though it'll be the canada line first

Hi, I love all of the assets you do in C:S! I was wondering if a train type would be possible to do in C:S. Specifically, this one. [skytrainforsurrey.files.wordpress.com] It's the Vancouver Skytrain. I think a re-texture of the stock model passenger train would work for the top two trains in the picture, and possibly a very simple "box on wheels" model for the lower one. I'm not requesting you do these, just a suggestion you could pick up in the future.

Thanks for making so many amazing assets!

to try to answer your question first I need to see the question
Plaidygami 14 Jun, 2015 @ 10:26pm
My game has too many trains, and I a not sure if it's specific to one train asset or just me having too many train assets. Since you are a train modder, I thought you might know the answer.
Windows 95  [author] 14 Jun, 2015 @ 7:25am
you need the "advanced vehicle options" mod to enable "power cars" on both ends.
pakchi68 14 Jun, 2015 @ 6:59am
why is it only one head, and no head at the end of the train......
Rasseru 12 Jun, 2015 @ 8:15am
Least, have the wheels at darker color? So you won't notice it very much.
Windows 95  [author] 12 Jun, 2015 @ 8:01am
yes it's just grey. Can't be bothered to make a texture for such a small object, nor dedicate part of the precious 512x512 map space to it.
Rasseru 12 Jun, 2015 @ 7:43am
Is it me or there no texture on the steel wheel.... looks just gray....

Shorter the coach make it much more like the E331 EMU

these are the ones that came with the game... Never changed them...

What kind of rail tracks you have? they look unusual, oh well:)
Turjan 6 Jun, 2015 @ 1:42pm
I tried it in game. It looks pretty nice, but seems to be a bit too wide. It doesn't fit the tunnel entrances for example. The E233 model that you have on one of the images has still some space around it.
Allianz4000 6 Jun, 2015 @ 5:31am
great model, but could you add a pantograph to the engine?

Maybe you can take the one from this model:

fixed both the forward skirt, also reduced the length of the train model to make it pretty much exactly the same length as the stock passenger trains.
ばみっと 4 Jun, 2015 @ 9:57pm
@Captain Picard
Can it be done thin?
Windows 95  [author] 4 Jun, 2015 @ 11:23am
@Wicket-303 Yes i realize that it looks incredibly thick... after the fact that I made the model. I'll try fixing it up without adding too many polygons.

よくぞ作ってくれた!
constantijn85 4 Jun, 2015 @ 5:47am
I really like these trains alot but they created a huge traffic jam because they aren't able to despawn fast enough once they reach the map's border. Maybe it is due the trains lenght. The ÖBB 4024 model has the same problem. Is someone else having this problem??
