no worries, my friend. I created a solar panel to get some power through, then just removed it. Not a big deal, thanks for the response!

Sorry Rapp - I haven't looked at this in ages. They might have changed the path/connectors of some blocks since I put it together which could have broken the connections. Glad you like the idea at least - sorry for the trouble!

Great idea and great seeming ship, but I have one problem that's probably due to me being fairly new - it spawns without uranium (from blueprints) and for the life of me I can't get it fueled. Not through the cockpit or the connector. How do I go about doing that?
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 19 Apr, 2016 @ 12:34pm
Np, glad you worked it out! Have fun and thank you for checking out the ship :)
Rubber Sword 17 Apr, 2016 @ 3:49pm
Duh! Sorry mate, worked it out eventualy.

Hi GopeScope, am having problems building your beautiful craft. As I'm new to the Black Art of projecting ships in Survival mode I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong - when I project the blueprint the projector is right in the middle of the ship, the projector supports masking the interior of the craft. How do I get it to project it from 'an edge'?

Thanks pwneater! Yes, I avoid rotors and pistons because that was part of Keen's suggestions/requirements for exploration (and just good sense because they don't work well in multiplayer). As far as landing gear goes, I only recently heard about any issues associated with them, in fact only one person before you has mentioned it to me. We are already pretty limited on what functional blocks can be used in building, it would be a shame if landing gear was closed to us too. I hope they don't blow up on you! :)

Thanks again and happy engineering!

Oh, and thanks for the cool builds. The story lines and creative video editing are great too.
rickrollingintosavings 29 Jun, 2015 @ 10:20pm
I noticed you guys use landing gear, but not rotors, or pistons. Have you found a solution to the landing gear blowing up problem? Does this ship have landing gear problems like the ships I build?
Lyra Hamstrings 12 Jun, 2015 @ 9:08pm
I don't know if they're blueprints or or replacement ships or what, but a few people have just been dumping loads and loads of ships onto the workshop. One guy has a collection full of nothing but these white and orange boxes with no difference between each individual one except for one component, like a medical room or a refinery.
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 12 Jun, 2015 @ 8:46pm
Have people been spam uploading blueprints lately?
Lyra Hamstrings 12 Jun, 2015 @ 8:38pm
Oh, my bad. I thought this was more of the workshop spam that's been going on lately. Must've misclicked.

@Lyra Hamstrings: Again with what stuff?

Glad its working now - anytime :)

The spawning works, thanks!
Gunpowder Lullaby 8 Jun, 2015 @ 11:16pm
Thank you sir!

Issue resolved; the cockpit will now recieve oxygen from the oxygen tank. Thanks again Rogue Prynce!

Fyi, I also added a timer block which facilitates more reliable activation and deactivation of the auto-alignment system.
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 8 Jun, 2015 @ 8:14pm
Thanks Rogue, and thank you for letting me know about this. I checked it out, and you are not missing anything the hook up isn't correct. Working on a fix now, will update shortly with a functioning system.

Thanks again!
Gunpowder Lullaby 8 Jun, 2015 @ 6:16pm
First off I love the ship, and all of your work in general. On this ship though the O2 tank doesn't seem to be connected. I've filled it at my station, and it's not flowing through to the cockpit. Could I be missing something?
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 7 Jun, 2015 @ 9:07pm
When you subscribe to this it will show up in your blueprint screen once you are in a game. Once in a game, hit F10 to open the blueprint menu. First you'll see a list of locally stored blueprints (those that you have made and are stored on your computer) then, after a bit the screen should update with those blueprints to which you have subscribed on steam. There is also a refresh button you can press if it seems like they are not showing up (but give it a minute, sometimes it taks a while to update. Once you have that open, just click on the blueprint you want to use, click okay, then hit cntrl V (for paste) and the object can be pasted into the world (in creative mode). If you're doing this in survival you'll need to use a projector to project the blueprint into the world and then build the ship from there. I hope that helps. Let me know if you're still having trouble.

Happy engineering, and thanks for stopping by!

In game, when you can choose to join a game, make a new game, or load a game.
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 7 Jun, 2015 @ 4:42pm
Do you mean the "workshop" section in game or in this steam UI?
tarpentine 7 Jun, 2015 @ 2:11pm
I subbed to it, but when I look into the "workshop" section, it isn't there. I only have one thing in there which I downloaded recently, but nothing else i sub to appears in there. Help?
Katie Bagels 7 Jun, 2015 @ 2:00pm
No problem!

Thanks Lord - Happy Engineering!

This looks great! Can't wait to test it myself! Subbed, faved, and uprated! :)
