Actuall, it worked pretty well since then. Now with 1.0 though, I haven't been able to play BM without crashing, so I don't know if it's still working.

This one's kinda broken. When I subscribe to it, it only works about half the time. And when I go into the workshop folder, there's no VPK. Just some "legacy.bin" file.

i was only thinking about side-ptaches but if you're only going for flag on chest, i think it still would be reversed.

Isn't that just for the side-patches? They're supposed to be oriented like they're flowing in the wind as the soldier goes into battle. But that wouldn't apply to the chest patches?

Try verifying the integrity of your game files. Right click on the game, go to properties, and it should be under the local files tab.

If all else fails, I'd reinstall.

Yeah, I apologize, but I can't figure out what's causing these problems other than it's mostl likely related to the lighting changes as of late. I'll update you if I get it fixed, but for now, you may want to unsubcribe from this.

Also, i just started playing Black Mesa again and everything is black.

I can try and fix it, but I'm not really sure what's causing it.

I believe the mod has become not completely operable due to changes made in later Black Mesa updates

I don't see the Patches on them but the only thing that was reskinned was the Beret.

I don't see any of the patches on the HECU Grunts and i don't have any other reskins or mods to change HECU Characters. This is the only HECU reskin i have plz help.

@Meeps It should. The models aren't changed, only the textures are.

@Agent1337 I might upload it as an alternate version, but as far as I know the method used in the gamebannana version to have both models existing at the same time is incompatiblewith the steam version. :(
